Animations “Witnesses – Polish Citizens in Auschwitz-Birkenau”

animations,

At the request of the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, our agency’s team created a few-minute, sound animation, part of a documentary film. On the wave of controversy over the wording “Polish extermination camps” used in foreign media, the Museum in Oświęcim created the document “Witnesses. Polish citizens in Auschwitz-Birkenau.”

The animation we made tells the dramatic history of the spread of anti-Semitic ideology and Nazi terror on Poles and Polish Jews in the 1930s. The document is a response to the controversial phrase “polish extermination camps”, used more and more often by foreign media.

The film had its premiere on June 13, 2018 at the Palace of Culture and Science during the conference “History of Polish citizens in KL Auschwitz.”

When and where: May-June 2018, Oświęcim

For whom: the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum and the Faith and Truth Foundation
